Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms the following definitions apply:

• "BundleForge" / "the Service" means the BundleForge™ software platform, including all features, tools, and interfaces provided at our website and application.
• "Provider" means Online Trade Tactics, the owner and operator of BundleForge, trading at onlinetradetactics.com.
• "User" / "you" means any individual or business entity that registers for or accesses the Service.
• "eBay API" means the eBay Marketplace application programming interface through which BundleForge connects to your eBay seller account.
• "Content" means any listing data, product information, images, or other materials you import into or create within BundleForge.

2. The Service

BundleForge is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that enables eBay sellers to:

• Import existing eBay listings into the BundleForge application
• Generate product bundle suggestions based on available inventory
• Publish bundle listings directly to eBay via the eBay API

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use BundleForge you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid, active eBay seller account
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at onlinetradetactics@outlook.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. eBay API Integration

BundleForge connects to eBay's platform via the eBay Marketplace API. By using this feature you acknowledge and agree that:

• You authorise BundleForge to access your eBay account data on your behalf, limited to the data required for the functions described in Section 2
• You remain solely responsible for compliance with eBay's User Agreement, Seller Policies, and any applicable marketplace rules
• Any listings created or modified via BundleForge are published under your eBay seller account and are your sole responsibility
• BundleForge is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with eBay Inc.
• eBay may update or restrict API access at any time; we will use reasonable endeavours to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted eBay connectivity

5. Intellectual Property

BundleForge™ is a trademark of Online Trade Tactics. All rights reserved.

The BundleForge name, logo, software, design, user interface, features, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Online Trade Tactics and are protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the BundleForge software or its interface without prior written consent
• Use the BundleForge name, trademark, or branding in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Your Content remains your property. You grant the Provider a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Content solely to deliver the Service to you.

6. Subscription, Pricing & Payment

Access to BundleForge is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee applicable to your chosen plan, as displayed at the time of purchase
• Recurring billing on the applicable billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. BundleForge does not store your payment card details. Stripe's Terms of Service apply to payment processing.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Where price changes affect existing subscribers, we will provide no less than 30 days' advance notice.

7. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with BundleForge, please contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription payment and we will consider your request for a refund in good faith. Refunds are not guaranteed for renewals unless there has been a material failure of the Service on our part. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under UK law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BundleForge to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Create or publish listings for prohibited, counterfeit, or infringing goods
• Circumvent or interfere with eBay's systems or policies
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these acceptable use provisions without prior notice.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of BundleForge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• We access only the eBay listing and inventory data required to operate the Service
• We do not store your eBay customers' personal data or transactional records
• Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored by BundleForge

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any listing published via BundleForge will be accepted, approved, or remain live on eBay
• The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or eBay account suspension
• Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Trade Tactics, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any Content you submit or publish; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any eBay policy or applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

BundleForge integrates with third-party services including eBay and Stripe. These services have their own terms and privacy policies which you are independently bound by. We are not responsible for the actions, data practices, or availability of third-party platforms.

13. Termination

You may cancel your BundleForge subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a legal or security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice within the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider in relation to your use of BundleForge and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter.
