2. Data We Collect About You (Account Data)

When you register for a BundleForge account we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Account login credentials (password stored in encrypted form)
• Billing information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card numbers — see Section 5)

This data is used solely to create and manage your account and to process your subscription payments.

3. eBay Marketplace Data

BundleForge connects to the eBay Marketplace API using authorisation credentials you provide. Through this connection we access:

• Your eBay listing data (titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, prices, quantities)
• Inventory and stock availability data necessary to generate bundles
• Listing status and category data

This data is used exclusively to power BundleForge features — importing listings, building bundle suggestions, and publishing bundles back to your eBay account.

We do not access, store, or process your eBay buyers' personal information, order history, payment records, or customer messaging. Your use of BundleForge in connection with eBay is also subject to the eBay User Agreement and eBay Developer Programme policies.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, BundleForge does not collect or retain:

• Your end customers' names, addresses, or contact details
• Order or transaction records
• Payment or refund data relating to your eBay sales
• Buyer feedback or messages
• Any data beyond what is strictly necessary for the stated functions of the Service

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Subscription payments for BundleForge are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. When you submit payment details:

• Your card number, expiry, and CVV are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment
• BundleForge never receives, sees, or stores your full card details
• We receive only a Stripe-generated token and basic billing metadata (last 4 digits, card type, billing name)

Stripe's privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

6. How We Use Your Data

We use the data described above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the BundleForge Service
• Authenticate your eBay connection and execute API requests on your behalf
• Process subscription billing via Stripe
• Respond to support enquiries
• Send essential service communications (account notices, security alerts)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

eBay listing data imported into BundleForge is held only for the duration of your active session or saved project. We do not maintain a long-term copy of your eBay catalogue beyond what is necessary to render the application.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of credentials and HTTPS transmission. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your BundleForge login credentials confidential.

9. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

10. Cookies

BundleForge uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain application state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to external platforms including eBay and Stripe. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms and encourage you to review their respective policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
